Pastor & Brethren,

I want to praise God for His precious promises provided us in his holy word. As the called out believers, when we are in one accord, serving, sharing, and praising (as a unified body) our Lord and Saviour, we the Church are as close to God as can be.

Here in the Houston and surrounding areas we went through a raining three weeks which caused various amounts of rain to fall. Some areas received 21 inches, most 7 to 14 inches. There were 18 prisons where volunteers were restricted from entering into the prisons due to floods. A few prisons had to evacuate the inmates and transport them to units not affected by the flooding. Two of those units were where I served. Everything is back in order as of this letter.

I had the privilege to graduate 25 men in June, from Clemens Unit located in Brazoria, TX. This voyager Class completed a six month training course. This course discusses how the mind is controlled by good or evil. (26 lessons with many Scriptures)

I thank you all for your vision in supporting Christ The Answer Prison Ministry with your prayers, encouragement, and financial support. In the months of May & June, 16 men made professions of faith. Again, thank you for your prayers and support. There is so much that could be testified to concerning God’s blessings on this ministry.

I want to thank you especially for the generous special gifts given to me along with my monthly support. Needless to say God knew what I needed in these last 2 months and He used BDBC to meet my needs. I already thanked God and now I THANK YOU so very much.

A Thought to ponder

Matt 24:37-38 37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

(Does this environmental setting sound familiar?  The emphasis of verse thirty-eight is that society was ambivalent because of the press of life, to the spiritual crisis at their threshold.  )

Repeat Prayer Requests: (Ongoing)

1) Partner with me in prayer for the breaking down of religious walls, in prison, that are not God ordained.

2) Partner with me in prayer that churches become strong in worship, fellowship, and service.

3) Partner with me in prayer for spiritual wisdom, knowledge, and understanding as we prepare to vote this November.

Serving the Saviour,

Bro Ron Papa
